All materials supplied to make one artwork over one block of sessions.

Please read these carefully to ensure we are on the same page.

COVID - As a small business doing our best to remain sustainable, we are unable to offer refunds in most cases. If however, you are unable to attend class due to a directly Covid related reason (e.g. the borders being closed, you are feeling unwell), we can offer a credit for you to attend at a later date if we are given at least 7 days notice. This is to ensure we have enough time to pass the ticket onto someone else.

* If you can not make a class for whatever reason, unfortunately, we cannot refund or give credit due to the nature of these workshops. All purchases are final.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES

These policies are in place as a courtesy to our teachers. We feel this is fair for them as our class sizes are limited, and by purchasing a ticket we:

  • Hold the spot for you

  • Pay the teacher for your spot, and time spent preparing materials

  • Purchase the materials required

  • Prepare snacks & beverages

For this reason if you forget to attend or have a prior commitment we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund, credit or transfer. In some cases we may be able to give you the materials and instructions to complete at home.


* All bookings need to be made online, just add the workshop of choice to the cart and you will be taken to the payment gateway.

* Your seat is secured once we receive full payment so lookout for an automated confirmation email and please make sure you type in the correct email.

* We have class minimums to meet, if we do not make them and need to cancel a class we may do so at any time and offer you a full refund or a credit to attend a class at the same value within a 12 month period.

* Please set a reminder and double-check workshop dates & times through our website. Unfortunately, because we have held this spot for you and turned others away we can not issue credits or refund if you don't show. Feel free to contact us anytime to clarify session times - lunasalt.gc@gmail.com
